Can anyone suggest the appropriate newsgroup to provide assistance with any
CSS issues?

To avoid the nasty anal newsgroup nasties I would recommend
news://microsoft.public.dotnet.general which is why they call it "general"
but only where the CSS is "generally" related to .NET such as issues with
Skins and Themes for example. Otherwise news://alt.html.css is a specific
resource eh?

I guess it depends which groups your news server alllows subscriptions on, I
can certainly see alt.html.css thorugh my ISP
