I have a card file that I have used for 4 years on Windows XP OS and It just stop working. The message I get when opening the file is...
C:\\windows\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Window Applications. This is a 16 bit cardfile that has years of information stored on it. How can I resovle this problem.

Pardon my ignorance... but what is a card file?

Windows XP -
A 64 bit upgrade to a 32-bit patch for a 16-bit GUI shell running on top of
an 8-bit operating system written for a 4-bit processor by a 2-bit company
who cannot stand 1 bit of competition.
