Capturing Flash / Streaming Media

Wolverine in Michigan

I use Vista Home Premium w/all SP. Is there any way to capture
flash video or streaming media from websites or does it require some
additional software?

Some websites like keepit.com will download from youtube. There's also good
software like wmrecorder and snagit.
