Capturing e-mail information into Excel or Access

Hi,

We are running a promotion in which people are sending us e-mails through a
web site. We receive e-mails that have basic information about the clients.
Here is a sample of an e-mail we receive:

Name: John Smith
EMail: (e-mail address removed)
Address: 123 Mail Street
City: Atlanta
State: GA
Zip: 30319
Phone: 4045551212

We receive hundreds of these a day all with the same subject line. We want
to find a way to capture this data into Excel or Access. Is there a way to
do this. I am not much of a programmer but know some very basic VBA.
