Capturing A Webpage

I believe there are a few keystrokes (or menu clicks) I can use to capture a
web page for future reference so I have a record of how it appeared the time
it was viewed. I think this technique uses a lot more disc space than
copy/paste though... but I'm not sure.

Q1) What are the key strokes?
Q2) What's the best way to capture full page articles as one reads
volumns from various web pages?
