Caps Lock Key query

Some time ago I found out that I could get a 'sound' each time I hit the
Caps Lock Key. This 'sound' was designed to alert the typist of their
action on the off-chance that they might have hit that particular key
accidentally.

Now I want to stop that confounded 'sound' but have NO idea what I did in
the first place to get it.

I've search in HELP every place I could think of, as well as other places,
to no avail.

I am hoping someone out there in Cyber Space might be able to help me.

Vonda.

Thanks for your response, but your suggestion did not work. I even tried the
"Keyboard" in the Control Panel as well, still no success. :-(

Open Control Panel, open Accessibility Options, on the Keyboard tab, place a
check next to "Use ToggleKeys," click apply and ok. The should enable a
tone when you push Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock.
