Capitalizing Each Word in a Sentence

Does anyone know if there's a command in Word 2007 that allows you to
automatically capitalize each word in a sentence?

Yes, this would be Title Case, which you can apply with Shift+F3 or the
Change Case (Aa) button in the Font group on the Home tab.
