capital letters in file name in Explore

It's not related directly to Access.
But, I would appreciate if anybody could clarify it.

In Explore I've tried to rename files to make it appeared with capital
letters (boss asked to do this some lady from our office and she asked me to
help). For some files it's possible to do but for some files it's impossible.

Is there any trick to fix it?

Sorry, but just to don't mislead. Actually, it's folders names.

Make sure that the folder has a long filename - your capitalization will
then be preserved. You might be able to shorten the filename afterwards and
preserve the capitalization, but that seems to be erratic.

You will get more accurate responses if you post your question in a
newsgroup appropriate to your operating system.
