When I try to reply to a message received in outlook, I get this message:
"Microsoft Word is set to be your e-mail editor. However, Word is
unavailable, not installed, or is not the same version as Outlook. The
Outlook e-mail editor will be used instead. An OLE registration error
occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the
program."

I've run Setp again twice - once to "Repair" the installation and once to
reinstall it. The problem still continues.

The versions must be the same for BOTH Outlook and Word. That is, their
versions must match. You never mentioned what versions of each that you
have.

After furious head scratching, - Vikas asked:

Dear Milly

I saw one of your answers to a simillar question:Simple answer is that Outlook and Word must be the same
versions to work together. This has not changed since
Outlook 97/98 and Word 2000 - that combination did not
work nor any other cross-version pairings.

The error message I get tells me that anyway so I know that could be a
problem but in my case Outlook and Word are both installed from the same CD -
they are both Office 2003.

Since my first post I've uninstalled and reinstalled from the same CD once
again and I get the same problem!
