Can't view web pages

I have seen this problem before, but can't remember where the fix is.
Windows 98SE, internet explorer 6.0, can't view any web pages, but can ping
web pages. I know there are some registry keys to delete and then reinstall
dial-up networking...if someone can help me locate the appropriate document,
I would be forever grateful. Thanks
