can't view Outlook Express email text & attachemtns

Using Outlook Express and text of emails not viewable,
both new and old, inbox and folders. Attachemnt aren't
there either. Help?!!
 
Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
