Can't view an active X Web Cam

I am trying to view the web cam at the Nine Fine Irishmen
pub at New york New york Casino. I go to the home page
click on web cam and then a page comes up with a box for
the pictures, but nothing is displayed. I can see the
pictures on my other machines but not my one at home. I
have an XP with Internet Explorer 6.0. Any ideas??

I had the same problem last fall ... here is the reason ...
The Microsoft Java Virtual Machine is no longer available directly from Microsoft (and not included in XP) due to legal wrangling with SUN, however it still can be downloaded. Here are a couple of sites that were given to me where I could download the file ... I don't remember which one I used.

http://downloads.downseek.com/18598/msjavx86.exe
or ... go to http://java.sun.com/
and download their java virtual machine

Steps to install the Microsoft Virtual Machine:
1. Download the file and save to your harddrive.
2. Execute the file and thus load the Virtual Machine
3. While executing, answer yes to the License Agreement question & when complete, reboot PC.
4. After reboot you should be good to go.
