Sure, contact your ISP, he'll have all the names for the servers and stuff.
Many ISPs have web pages with instructions complete with 8 x 10 color photo
glossies with circles and arrows and paragraphs on the back to explain what
they all mean (my apologies to Alice's Restaurant and Arlo Guthrie)

What's Windows Express?

To create an icon for Windows Mail, double click on Computer on your
desktop,
then C:, then Program Files, then scroll down the list to Windows Mail, an
double
click on it. Find WinMail.exe on the list if it's there, or WinMail
otherwise. Right
click on it, then click on Create Shortcut, then Yes. Click on the X in the
top
right corner or the window with the list. You should now have an icon on
your
desktop labelled either WinMail - Shortcut or WinMail.exe - Shortcut;
double
click on it when you want to start Windows Mail.

POP3 is an invalid server name, although a valid protocol. You should ask
your
email provider for their instructions on how to set up to use their email
servers,
which should include the correct server names. Many people choose their
internet
providers as their email providers also, since most internet accounts
include one
or more email accounts. If they haven't written instructions for Windows
Mail
yet, their instructions for Outlook Express should also work under Windows
Mail if they don't call for the HTTP protocol. The instructions are
probably
somewhere on their web site. Or, you could tell us who your email provider
is,
and see if anyone here knows where to find their instructions.

If you work for Microsoft, ask at work where to find their instructions. If
you
don't, you are unlikely to be able to get a working email address ending
with
@microsoft.com.
