Can't use programs on Limited User Accounts

I am running XP Pro as the system administrator. Some applications I have
installed are not accessible on limited user accounts. I have read Ms KB
article No.308418, and others. I have set permissions to Everyone, but this
doesn't make any difference. Is it a case of having to install the individual
programs on the other accounts as well, for them to work ?

I have tried copying a shortcut to All Users Desktop and also moving the
Program folder across to All Users / Start Menu / Programs, but that doesn't
work either.

I have XP Home on another machine and have the same problem there.

Is anyone able to offer any solutions, please ?

Sounds like a case of where it must be installed for each user.

Got to the point where I was rather resigned to trying that. Worked with one
program (Maxthon) but no good with another (games) program.
