can't use outlook express

When i try to use outlook express it tells me to
re'install it something about the configuration being
wrong. How do I do this?
 
go to "add remove programs", and open up the "add remove windows
components". uncheck outlook express, and click finish. go ahead and
reboot after removing it just to be on the safe side, then follow the same
steps to put it back on.
