Can't Type Chinese in 7.0

Hello,
I have had problem with 7.0.0777 whenever I switch the
language to Chinese(PRC). I didn't try any other Chinese,
and, if my memory serves me right, I've had no problem with
Japanese. I am currently using 7 (BETA) as it doesn't give
me that same problem.
Any idea what's the cause of it? Thanks a lot.
