Under all profiles, Windows Explorer opens to My Documents
at logon. There is nothing in Startup under any
profile. I have searched registry and nothing stuck in
runonce or startup. How do I stop it?

Hi,

To Stop Windows Explorer from opening My Documents: Go to Start/Run/Regedit
and navigate to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

In the right pane under Userinit - Change the key that reads:

C:\Windows\Syste32\Userinit.exe,C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe
To: C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe,
