can't start system restore

Hi:
I get "procedure entry point...WINSTA.dll" error when I
try to run system restore on XP.

Help, Adam
 
Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows.
Make sure you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option
