Can't start outlook 97 in Windows XP Home

I have tried to execute Outlook 97 in the Windows XP
environment but to no avail. I encounter the following
message: "outlook.exe has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Any
suggestions? It works ok in my hard disk partition running
Win 98. Have tried compatability also.

I run Outlook 97 on Windows XP Pro with no problems at all.
