Can't start no licence

I have Access 2003 on Vista and get can't start no licence error, have
been in touch with ms tech support for 2 weeks still cant get access
to run anybody got any ideas.

It takes a while for all the registrations between versions 2003 and 2007 to
get done. Every time you try to open in the opposite version from the one
that's registered, you'll have to wait until it's finished. With that in
mind. Try opening Access 2003 first and wait several minutes (up to as long
as 5 minutes has been reported) for it to fully open. After it's open, try
opening Northwind. That should work OK. Assuming it does, you should then be
able to open other databases.
