Can't start cryptographic service

Using Windows XP Pro
I have 2 critical updates (KB828035, KB823182) that fail
to install. Looking through the install log it seems the
crypto service isn't running.

The Cryptographic Service is set to start automatically,
but if I try and start it manually an error is returned
stating: "Could not start the Cryptographic Services
service on Local Computer", "Error 126: The specified
module could not be found."

Tired of it.

Fixed. cryptui.dll wan't in system32 anymore for some
reason. I copied the version from lastgood and all is well
again.

Sure would have been nice if starting the service would
have told me which module couldn't be found instead of some
generic 126 error.
