Can't Spell check a protected document

Please help, I need to enable spelling in a protected form that is using text
form fields. Not familiar with marcos, tried to copy 'How to enable the
spell checker in a protected document', couldn't get it to work. Not sure
what to copy. Any Suggestions! (V.2003) Have 100's of docs like this, need
step by step instructions.
