Cant shut down

Good Day,
Anyone there can advice me??? My computer shut down by
itself sometime. On top of that I cant shut down my
computer using the start menu turn off or restart
function. It dont hang or react at all, I have to press
the casing button in order to shut down my PC...Please
help....Thanks
