can't set-up outlook-email

What is the network called...... Trying to set-up "OUTLOOK- email"
They are asking something like POP3 and SMTP???



I don't know these terms????? or what they are looking for??? Please help.
sign desperately confused.....





I have a new computer with "VISTA-BUSINESS" as the operating system I
can't get any of the office e-mails, because they are using outlook???



please help....



my office e-mail is (e-mail address removed) I can't get or
receive any e-mails from clients????

Ask your Email Provider for the server settings.
