cant set up e-mail account in word. No "e-mail account" in Tools

Tried following instructions by going to Tools drop down menu but "e-mail
accounts" did not appear in word. Therefore unable to send e-mail when
submitting responses not from my personal e-mail site.
 
Outlook has the email account support - not Word! Word is only used as an
email editor in/with Outlook.
