Can't send web pages or links

I got the following message just now:

"An error occured while attempting to open the Windows
Address Book. MAPI 1.0 (00000220)"

Up until this happened I had no problem forwarding web
pages and links simply by clicking on "Send this link" and
the Outlook page would show up and I would type in the e-
mail address where the page was to go. Now, I have
received this message and don't know how to solve the
problem. Can anyone help?
