Can't send some e-mail

Just bought a new computer w/Vista, set up e-mail account with help from
provider customer support(Windsteram), some e-mails end up in out box and
just stay there.
If I forward an e-mail to one or 2 people it will go thru ok, but if same
e-mail is forwarded to 5 people it ends in outbox and there is an error
message. I did not have this problem with Outlook Express on the old
computer(Windows XP). Any help would be appreciated.
