Cant send or receive email

I tried searching other questions but i couldnt find and error codes that
were the same as mine could some one please help? this is the error i get:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject '', Account:
'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

If you are trying to download email from a POP3 account on more than one
computer, then you will have to configure the email program on both to leave
the messages on the server after downloading.

Dave already responded to your issue.
Incidentally, your post is coming to us from the future!
That happens when your PC has the wrong time zone. It has
the Pacific time zone although you are actually located in the Eastern
time zone. Be sure to correct that time zone setting.
