Can't send or receive email

Get the following:

Task 'mail.insightbb.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x80004002) : 'Unknown Error 0x80004002'

Just started - Never had issue before.

What version of Outlook are you using?
Have you tried a detect and repair from the help menu? You could also try
deleting and recreating the Outlook profile.
Depending upon the version of Outlook you use, you may have some errors in
your PST if you use one.
 
Detect & Repair solved the issue. Didn't think I had the CD, but I found it.
