Can't send mail or cancel transmition of message

Hello All,
I really need your help guys. I made the mistake of trying to send a mail
with a 70MB attachment. The problem is that outlook is trying to send it,
with no success and each time that I am trying to send mail it becomes slow
and unresponsive because is still trying to send the huge mail. I have
already tried to delete the message but nothing happens also to open the
message to delete the attachment but an error message appears saying 'cant
open this item. Outlook has already begun transmitting this message'. Please
help me what can I do? Is there a way to delete the files on the outbox?
Outlook has become very slow because of the problem and I dont know what to
do.
