Can't send mail in Outlook Adelphia Mailbox

For the past few days, I have not been able to reply to or send messages from
Outlook in my Adelphia account. It worked fine for years, but suddenly I get
the following message every time I reply/send from Outlook. I can login into
the Adelphia website and send messages fine. I did a disk defrag a few days
ago, which is the only thing that is different.

My Hotmail account in Outlook works fine.

ERROR MESSAGE: 550 you are not allowed to send mail to

First authenticate the outgoing mail server and see if that works, its in
tools->email accounts->change(account specific) -> more settings -> outgoing
server.
if that doesn't work then uncheck the scan for outgoing mails in any
Antivirus program and check if you still have the same problem

All of those settings seem correct. When I try to test my Adelphia account
settings I get the following error. I have reentered the e-mail address
several times and I'm sure it is correct. Like I said before, this worked
fine for year. I removed all virus e-mail checks and that still didn't work.

ERROR: Unable to send test e-mail message, check e-mail address.

I forgot to mention that I have run all of my spyware, adaware and virus
programs to check for that problem.
