cant send emails

I have a yahoo mail account and im trying go set it up on outlook. everything
connects fine except for sending emails. even the test it fails to send the
email but it receives and connects to everything else fine. any help would be
appreciated

There would be an error message. Copy and paste here what is the error
message in the progress dialog. Then we have at least something to work
on other than "it don't work".
