Can anyone explain why Outlook will not let me send an email with Graphics
and Outlook express will?

As a volunteer, I've used Outlook (for years) to send out updates to
everyone in our organization. These emails typically have graphics (a
picture of our church, etc..). I'll send out 300-400 at a time. Now - all of
a sudden - I can't even send out one email unless I take out the graphics.

What setting should I look at?

Thanks Much:

Michelle

If you are using Outlook 2007 then no. Previous versions of Outlook you were able to. Try sending the email in Plain Text format and use attach for the graphics

Do you have any idea which settings I should be checking?

Michelle,
Check also with your ISP, they may have recently change their policies
relating to the number and/or size of email messages that can be sent at one
time. Especially if you are using a residential acct, for your volunteer
service. You may need to break up the sending list to smaller groups, or
upgrade to a commercial acct.

Another method you might try is to send the church "newsletter" or "notice",
as a mail merge document.
