Did you contact your e-mail service provider (ISP) as advised?
You certainly did not give us enough information to help you.
 
That's only part of the error message. We need to see the part that
identifies the server name and port number. Right-click on your error
message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
