I have a new Dell Vista, it came w/ Norton free 60 day trial, when it ended,
I signed up for Norton 360, I cannot send any e-mails..some people tell me
they get them, some say they don't get them. Always an ERROR message, I've
read ALL the blogs on how you should get rid of Norton etc., & get the free
Avast, instead...problem is, I just paid a lot to get Norton & want to use
it as on my last computer I had Avast & it DIDNOT protect my computer & it
totaly crashed, which is why I have this new one.....Please any help here?
Thanks, Deb

Although this is an newsgroup for the Microsoft data base program Access,
I'll give you a quick solution. Turn off the outbound email scanning. That
was the only solution I ever found to fix my email until Symantec comes out
with an update. I it is doing the job keeping you system clean you really
don't need it to scan outgoing emails.
