Can't send e-mails using Cingular wireless card

I am using a Cingular wireless pc card in my inspiron 6000 laptop. I can
receive messages in Outlook, but can not send them. I get a System
Administrator return e-mail which says Undeliverable in the subject line.
The message itself says "None of your accounts could send to this recipient".
Cingular walked me through the process of setting them as my outgoing
service, but it still does not work. They have referred me to Microsoft as
they believe it is a problem within Outlook. Can anyone help correct this?

it sounds like authentication problems. What types of accounts do you have
and who is the email provider? Are you trying to use your email provider's
SMTP service?
