Can't send e-mail in Outlook 02 while connected to AOL

Hi - Recently, I have purchased a new computer and switched from Yahoo dial up to AOL dial up. At work, I connect through a T1. I have no problem sending/receiving e-mails through Outlook at work. I had no problems when I had Yahoo. Now, when I try to send an e-mail from home while connected via AOL, I receive send/receive errors. An example error is Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [172.129.68.90]. I also receive connection to the server interrupted and something about SSL errors. Any ideas?

It sounds like a lot of us have the same problem. What is the solution
