Hello All!

I am trying to add "Users" column in my task manager of 2000 server and it
is not listed in selec columns. Any ideas? I checked my computer which is
2000 professional and my laptop which is XP and can't see it. In the other
hand, our 2003 server is showing it.

Thanks in advance, George

Win2000 does not show users in the Task Manager. You have to go to
the MCC - Manager Your Computer - Users and Groups.

I think you miss understud. In task manager, go to processes and in there you
can view pids and you can click on view and select aditional columns. One of
them is users so you can see who owns the PID. I can't click on this option
as it is not available. But why? I was talking to some other support people
in other companies and they can. This is on the 2000 server. This is not a
problem on 2003 and XP

We run Win2000 Pro and Server machines here. On the 2000 Pro
machines, you cannot view users - ever, on Server you can - IF you
have administrator rights.

Sorry - can't be more help. Never had that column dissappear, except
with insufficient rights.
