Can't see tools menu items

Hi, all.

Was playing around in "Startup" area of an Access 2002 .mdb and disabled
menus. (That's what I want when the project is finished.) Then, being
stupid, I closed it so that the startup options were saved. Now I can't get
back to Startup to fix it because the "Tools" menu item doesn't show.

Also, when in design mode, the "View Code" button no longer shows.

How can I now change the startup options so that the normal menus and
toolbars show?

Never mind! Just found it in an answer below (hold down "Shift" while
starting Access).
