Can't see the images within the message

Seems Outlook blocks or disables inline attachments cause I can't see the
images in the message. How do I disable this feature and just allow the
message to be viewed as intended?

Outlook does not display attached pictures inline. There is no option to
enable it. If someone sends you HTML with embedded pictures, then it should
display inline.
