Can't see Gmail account in Personal Folders

Please Help!!! I've set up gmail as per the instructions and sent a test
message which works - I can see it in my gmail inbox. I've also sent test
messages from my gmail inbox to my outlook and that works (but it does come
in duplicate - don't know why either). My hotmail account is visible under
personal folders but I thought my gmail would come after it (as i added gmail
after hotmail). Can outlook only have one email account in personal folders?
What should I do? Assistance greatly appreciated (I've deleted and add my
gmail account to outlook 3 times already)!

Hotmail is an https account - Gmail is POP - so your Gmail messages wiill
just go to the standard Inbox folder jusy like any ordinary email account,
unless you create a new folder and use a rule to move them.
