Can't see divider lines on labels

When I use the Envelopes/Labels | New document so I can create several unique
labels, I cannot see the grey divider lines. The labels are setup correctly
because I can see the tabs at the top. There must be something I can change,
because on other computers on our network I can see the divider lines. Does
anyone know how to get those grey divider lines to show up. Thanks for your
help.
