Can't See Autotext entries

We have a user of Word 2000 that can no longer see his personal
autotext entries from the "Insert | Autotext" menu. He can, however
still get to them via the dialog box that is displayed from the "Tools
| AutoCorrect Options..." menu item.

This work around isn't very convenient. Can anyone tell me how to
give him back the ability to user the "Insert | Autotext" menu option?

Note that the available entries at Insert | AutoText depend on the paragraph
style applied to the text at the insertion point. See
