Can't Save To Favorites

I have a user who is unable to save webpages to her favorites. Has previously
been able to save these same pages. Any ideas?

Ask if she is using this method: Favorites > Add to Favorites.

Alternate method to add the current page to Favorites: CTRL+D

Thanks for the post.

The webpages are saved in the Favorites folder on the C: drive, but unable
to copy/paste, drag/drop to the IE Favorites, or Favorites > Add to
Favorites. Will try Import/Export next. Currently user must navigate to C:
and tunnel down to the Favorites folder to access the shortcuts, or close all
windows (which can be considerably many) and click on shortcut icon on
desktop. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Any other thoughts?

Thanks for the post.

Have already tried Favorites > Add To Favorites. Didn't work. User has
shortcuts for these favorites on her hard drive, but is unable to copy them
to her IE Favorites. IE Favorites is used extensively in our work environment
and is a great asset in the performance of the daily tasks here. Is really
inconvenient to not be able to use it. Have a couple of other options to try,
though. Thanks again!
