Can't save pictures from web

When I right click to save a picture - no matter what form - tiff - jpg
-giff my computer will only give me the option to save it as bmp. Tried
changing program aassociated with the file types but doesn't seem to help.
Can anyone give me some advice PLEASE!

Go to internet options..general tab..under temporary internet files click
delete files and also delete offline content.

Temp Internet Cache is full - empty it.

Clear the TIF, as instructed by Ricky and Jerry. If that does not help, read below:

Delete the History folder and index.dat:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

If that does not help, type regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll in Start/Run
