Can't save NEW contact, get "Not Implemented" message

I'm trying to add a new contact in Outlook and keep getting the same error
message, whenther I try to save it, save it and new, ot save it and close.
What gives?
Obviously, I'm new to Vista and Off 07
 
what is the exact error message? Did you try restarting outlook?
 
The message box says "Not implemented".
Haven't tried restarting it yet.
