can't save in jpeg

when ever i want to saves images from the internet, i can
not choose to save the image in a jpeg format. i have to
save it in bitmap format only. how can i change it so i
can save in jpeg?

Empty your cache, right-click your browser icon, properties, delete files or within
IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
