Can't run reports

Recently upgraded Dell pc. Windows profile, permissions and share access the
same. User clicks on any of her Access 2003 reports and nothing happens -
report doesn't open, no errors (problem didn't exist on her old Dell pc). I
log in as the user on another Dell pc, open the Access database and I can see
the report just fine. Any ideas? We've swapped out the pc and re-did her
profile twice. Operating system is Windows XP.
