Can't run macros...

Geoff

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I use each month as a template for a
presentation I make. I have a macro that identically sizes and positions each
chart.

A few weeks ago, we installed a new server and the path to the new server is
not the same as the old one. Somehow, this has affected the macro and I get a
dialog saying: "PowerPoint can't run this macro because it can't open
\\##.##.##.##\Monthly meetings\2007.04.ppt." where I guess the above number
is the IP address of the old server (though I've disguised it here).

The thing is, though, I copied the 2007-04 presentation to the hard drive
and it still gives me the error. I've even started with a new presentation
and copied the text of the VBA to the new file. Any ideas? TIA Geoff

Never mind. I figured it out. I was running the macro from a toolbar button.
All I had to do was delete it and make another.

It appears that the full path of the old server is hard-coded into the
VBA. Can you edit the VBA to use the new path? If that doesn't work, I
wonder if you can copy the code here so we can see what it is doing.
