can't run ICQ from a limited account

does somebody know what should I do in order to run ICQ not only from the administrator account?

Are you running the latest version? If not, upgrade.

Next, you can try assigning full control rights for the limited account to
the ICQ folder in program files.

If all else fails, ask AOL to write a proper XP compatible version? Its been
long enough now, they must be running out of excuses not to.
